Spaghetti typifies Italian food.
According to history, Marco Polo conducted noodle from China to Europe.
Noodle was introduced to Italy and Italian developed spaghetti.
Spaghetti has two meanings: one meaning is long, slender sticks of pasta.
The other meaning, from Italian cooking, is cooked spaghetti served with a source.
There are many spaghetti dishes, but the most common one is spaghetti with meat sauce.
Meat sauce is made of meat and tomato.
This sauce mixed these raw materials and other seasoning.
Other sauces use tomatoes, seafood, cream, and so on.
I like cream spaghetti!!!
Especially, I love “”Carbonara” spaghetti!!
Carbonara is pasta which winds black pepper on it.
And it is made of cheese, cream, butter and so on.
But, my recipe for Carbonara differs from the normal recipe.
In my recipe, I add Carbonara sauce to Natto (It is a Japanese Food.)!!!
At first sight, you may think it is bad taste.
But, it is delicious!!!
